Manual for Letter of Authority Specialista

This manual contains the protocols and guidelines concerning Letter of Authority (LOA) issued by the Bureau of Internal Revenue to taxpayers. This letter allows the Revenue Officers to conduct assessment which often results in either criminal liabilities for the taxpayer or huge sums of tax deficiency demanded by the BIR to b e collected. The manual aims to steer the taxpayer away from the criminal liabilities and to reduce or cancel altogether assessments amounting to millions of pesos.
